Freitas Prime grew from hands-on experience hosting guests in vacation homes across Brazil’s Região dos Lagos. Our work combines direct support, clear information and care throughout the booking journey.

Our story with Brazil’s Região dos Lagos began long before we started hosting. We have been travelling to the region for more than 15 years, building a special connection with its beaches, cities and everything this destination has to offer.

In 2022, we fulfilled our dream of owning our first property in the region: a house in São Pedro da Aldeia. Soon afterwards, we also acquired our apartment in Arraial do Cabo. It was during this same period that we began working with vacation rentals.

From the beginning, our accommodations have been listed primarily on Airbnb, where we earned Superhost status through our commitment to the quality of our properties, the care we give them and, above all, the attention dedicated to every guest.

Over the years, we have welcomed people from across Brazil as well as international guests, including visitors from Argentina, France, Chile and the United States. Every stay brought a different experience; some were even challenging because of language and cultural differences, but all of them helped us improve our service even further.

Today, we manage one house and one apartment in Brazil’s Região dos Lagos, with the goal of offering a safe, comfortable and welcoming experience. We value friendly, personalized service and are available to guide our guests before, during and after their stay.

We also protect the safety of our properties and guests. Full accommodation addresses are therefore shared only through the private flow of a confirmed booking.

More than simply providing a property, we want every guest to find a thoughtfully prepared place where they can enjoy memorable moments in Brazil’s Região dos Lagos.
