Cancellation

Registration and document submission do not confirm a stay. After host approval, the customer receives the agreement, total price and deadline for full payment through PicPay. The booking is confirmed only after payment verification. The person responsible must be listed as a guest and actually stay.

The direct-booking cancellation policy is still under review. Agreements and payments will not be released until it is defined. Bookings made on Airbnb follow that platform's terms.
